FFL Dealer Transfer Policy

• Transfer Fee is $75.00.
• Please call us at 561-588-4867 for Class III transfer prices.
• Our FFL will only be provided to another FFL dealer (Sorry, no exceptions).
• We happily accept transfers from private individuals. We simply need a copy of their driver’s license, and the weapon MUST be shipped to our address only.
• All transfers MUST be invoiced to individuals and not to Palm Beach Shooting Center, unless you want to pay tax.
• We happily offer transfers between private individuals. To do so, both individuals need to be present and at our store.
• All applicable waiting periods and background checks apply to ALL transfers.
